I do not recommend this company, I ordered 2 xiaomi 4 compact purifiers, and they sent me 2 filters for this product! When I raised the issue with them regarding the products received incorrectly, I was offered the solution of being able to buy those products at their purchase price. I bought them because at some point I would need them, but my order with the 2 purifiers still remained with them, I did not receive anything... so I was left with a loss of 180 euros. I tried to contact them by phone, but to no avail! For 2 days they have been putting me off and they are answering my emails exactly beside the subject. I am sent track and trace from the old order. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
I definitely don't recommend them. It's not their fault that the Christmas gift didn't work. But after sending it back, they need a few days to confirm that one button is indeed broken. So far, it's been almost a week (about 4 business days) and still no contact. Just press the button and you'll see it's broken, and you can't do anything with the camera. I wonder if they'll refund my money plus return shipping costs, and when. I mentioned I'd prefer a working camera, but how will this end?
I do not recommend buying from this damned company. I ordered a scooter handlebar on August 20, 2025. I haven't received it in Germany yet. After continuous communication with TechPunt, the same response. Please be patient while we communicate with the DPD shipping company. My name is Mohamad and my order number is 408558 Techpunt also asked me to fill out an objection request for the shipment not arriving. After contacting DPD, they told me that they did not receive the application that I filled out and sent to TechPunt strange thing I do not recommend buying. Very bad treatment.

Part not fitting, seller refuses to refund, needed paypal buyer protection I ordered the front fork for my Xiaomi Mi Pro 2 and it was delivered quite fast. The problem was that the part did not fit (the part is 5mm longer than the original part) and I contacted the seller directly. The fork was too long and the seller had no solution for fixing this. He offered me that I can send the product back and he refunds my money. The problem was, that he insists in me paying the shipping fees. I wrote several mails and showed that the part is not fitting / poor quality but the seller still wanted me to pay the shipping (over 10€ to the Netherlands from Germany). I had to contact Paypal and Paypal refunded me my money of course because the part / the seller is the problem, not me... I would not recommend this seller / shop because if they make mistakes, they want you to pay the shipping. If you still want to buy at this shop I recommend using Paypal because they help you instead of the seller.
