They fixed my unfixable luggage handle! It holds like new. Also the owners/people who I talked in the store couldn’t be nicer, friendly and helpful! Huge thanks to them. Long story short; I bought from little green bags, it supposed to be cheap (the brand of the luggage was American tourister) after one use in Amsterdam airport it become unusable! The handle was not going up or down anymore. So I asked for service where I bought from but apparently they don’t serve any warranty not in the store nor in their webpage. So I found Stuivenga Laderwaren from internet, they fixed my luggage immediately without any extra cost! They also have warranty if you buy from them. Life lessons learned!!! I will always buy from them.
