We ordered blackout curtains but they delivered usual ones and THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS of this wrong product!
Spent 95 euro on silk along with other products, sadly they didnt send it. Filed a complaint the day I recieved it and saw it was missing. They refused to deal with it or respond with it for a long time, until 3 months passed and then they said that you cannot complain about it any longer, though the complaint was filed on the first moment. Sadly they chose to hang up and profit of their scam, thus one star.
You pay 5 euros for a small product that easily fits in your mail box and 5 euros for shipping, but you never receive the package. Multiple e-mails and a response that the package does not have a tracking code (very weird if you pay so much). So please do not shop online on this website.

I orderd patterns a while back. Apparantly they need to come from the UK. That's fine, and I don't mind waiting the time that is on the website. Even if it takes a bit longer no issue, as long as they communicate so we as customer know what is happening. So far it has been almost 4 weeks, no communication from their side, only when you call you get some information. No compensation for the long wait, no you can cancel the products if needed... If I did not needed them, I would not have ordered them. It is okay if I have to wait a bit more, and it is out of your control, but communicate with your customers... Please.. EDIT: After they read this review, they canceld my order.... Please take this into account when leaving a review. As stated in my review I still needed the products, and they canceld because their conclusion was that they could not deliver what I expected.
