I ordered a cable and some plugs on Friday evening, delivery options were showing Saturday's delivery. Unfortunately Saturday morning I received a message that the package will not arrive and is delayed. I received it only on Monday. The quality of the products is good 👍

We ordered door hinges from this store because the website clearly stated next-day delivery. That turned out to be false. Three days passed — no delivery, no updates, no message of any kind. Zero proactive communication. We had to call ourselves to find out what was going on. Only then were we told that one of the items was actually out of stock, and that the delivery would be delayed by 1–2 weeks. So what happened: 1/ The website shows the product as available with fast delivery. 2/ After placing the order, the store says nothing. 3/ The customer learns the truth only after chasing them by phone. This is not a minor mistake — it’s misleading information and poor service. If an item is out of stock, don’t list it as available. If delivery isn’t next day, don’t advertise it as such. Wasted time, broken plans, and no accountability. I would not recommend this shop.

Bad service, and badly organised business. They let you buy products online, which they don’t have, and then you wait for 5 working days (!), while they transfer you back the money. For me it was not the end of the story, because their shipment with products was damaged on the same day as I ordered it (they sent it out quickly, that’s the only positive), and they waited for it to come back to the warehouse, though I never received any goods, I’ve got my money back in 2 weeks (!!!) with little to no communication with service - the answering time was 5 (!) days. In the last mail they informed me that they usually offer to send the goods again, but “as I wanted a refund”, they couldn’t do it. But in reality I ordered 7 pieces of products, they had only 4 in stock, and I waited for my money for other 3 pieces back for a week. So from where they wanted to send me 4 more items, I did not understand. Overall, not satisfied with the service AT ALL.

Terrible experience. I returned a defective item, and they refused to refund me—claiming it was “unsellable” just because I assembled it. Customer service was rude and dismissive. They keep your money and ignore your rights. Not trustworthy at all. Avoid this company.

Ordered for next day delivery on a Friday. Ordered it here because i needed it on Saturday. Didn't get it till Tuesday. If I'd known I'd driven to a physical shop on Saturday. Shame. Only 1 extra star because customer service dispatched a second order on Monday just in case. Funny enough also that one doesn't seem to arrive next day. So 2 shipments in a row where their next day delivery doenst hold up. Pointless to order here for that reason then. Seems I'm not the only one complaining their next day delivery promise doesnt hold up. Maybe don't promise things that half the time dont work. Just be honest.
