at the store, saleswoman promised that the item is in stock and will be delivered within 5 working days. They did not keep up the promise. The first available appointment through their delivery partner brinks is after a week and they only deliver Monday and Wednesday. Disappointed!!

When Desaster strikes, Keesmit is close! Keesmit has absolutely no customer orientation. I recommend not to buy anything from them and will myself not order anything from them again. I ordered garden furniture for around 6.000 Euro. One piece of it was damaged during shipping and it’s now months that they fail to fix it. I won’t even get the color of pillows I bought. Don’t expect to get what you order. Seems like they buy things from distributors and if something does not work as planned they immediately run out of stock and fail to deliver on what they promised. NEVER again. UNRELIABLE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Very nice store with a very large assortment. Almost impossible not to find the right garden furniture. Not cheap, but good quality. Very customer friendly. Shop is spatious. There is a coffee corner with nice coffees , free for customers. Free delivery of your orders. Free parking in their own parking garage.

Really great garden / outdoor furniture! And nice prices too. Coffee for free.
